Role Reveal

Power Description

The Role Reveal is a basic Special Power that can really mess up a players' strategies if used on the wrong person. When used on a player, their role is revealed on the main game thread for everyone to see.

Basic Function

• The Role Reveal causes the role of the player it's used on to be posted (by the Host) on the game thread.
  • If the role has any Teammates, they are edited out of the reveal.
  • Special Powers are also left unrevealed.

Alternatives

• The player who used the power may be noted as having performed the act.
• The reveal may only reveal the role, and not the name of the player who it belonged to.

Sample Power

This is a Special Power you have besides your role. Talking about it to anyone in any way is forbidden until the power has been completely used up and any results from using it have been posted on the main thread. Role reveal: You can use this power once during the game to reveal another player's role publicly on the main game thread. Send a list of 5 players you'd like to role reveal, the topmost living player's role will be revealed shortly after the PM is received.
