Cherub

Role Description

Like the Dreamer, Cherubs dream to find out another player's alignment, but there is a difference in how or when they dream. Cherubs are sometimes used in addition to a dreamer, or as a substitute to one, and frequently come in pairs.

Role Powers

  • The Cherub can dream to see if a player is a Wolf (or Rose, depending on the Cherub).
  • The Cherub can dream for both teams, but will then be unable to dream at all the following night.

Alternatives

  • The Cherub may have a set number of times they can dream for both teams.
  • The Cherub may be able to dream of Wolves on even nights and Roses on odd nights (or vice-versa).
  • The cherub may dream to find any non-Wolf (or non-Rose) baddies.
  • The cherub may be able to dream of any baddie, but only on even (or odd, depending on the Cherub) nights.
  • The penalty for dreaming both teams may be different, such as a shield decrease.

Notes

  • As stated above, Cherubs frequently come in pairs, one for each baddie team, or one for even nights and one for odd.
