One-Man Teams are Evil Roles that work on their own, rather than in groups like Baddie Teams. They have different abilities than Baddie teams, and usually cause more chaos and confusion. It' more difficult to win with an OMT role, but more of a victory when you do.
Note that some of the kill styles that OMTs use can be adjusted for use in larger teams. This can create teams of baddies that have more interesting roles.
