Beloved Prince

Role Description

The Beloved Prince role doesn't have any active abilities, but instead is a reactive role. They're avoided by baddies (should the Beloved Prince's identity be known) because in killing them, the baddie would die as well. This can be bad for the innocents though, because the Beloved Prince ability usually still activates upon a Vigilante kill, or Execution.

Role Powers

• When the Beloved Prince is attacked and killed, the player who killed them kills themself out of remorse.
  • Should the Beloved Prince die from execution, the person who cast the majority vote will die.

Alternatives

• Instead of killing themselves, players (or sometimes only if they're innocent) may only be disabled for the next day/night cycle.
• If the Beloved Prince is killed by execution, it might be person who cast the last vote that dies, or the first vote, or a random person to vote for the Beloved Prince.
